Family Heirlooms

It wasn't until I reached my 30's when I realized the importance of family heirlooms.  I was devastated when my husbands grandmother passed away. She had recently lost her husband and had decided to take a Mediterranean cruise with friends. She was just sitting down to dinner somewhere near France when she suffered a sudden brain aneurysm and died.  We loved her so much we named our daughter after her. Some of my best tables feature family heirlooms passed down from Grandma Gloryanna.  This is her vintage Noritake china from Japan. One of my many treasured heirlooms from her.
